We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing & Quality Assurance Coordinator to take ownership of purchasing, stock management, supplier performance monitoring, and compliance activities. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and upholding the highest standards of quality, ISO certification, and GMP compliance. The position will also act as a point of contact for handling customer complaints and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or quality assurance roles.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and GMP requirements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and present findings.
• Competent in using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
