Description
Key Responsibilities * Source and purchase direct materials based on production and business requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, pricing competitiveness, and material availability. * Negotiate pricing, lead time, and commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost and operational targets. * Work closely with Planning, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to support manufacturing operations and resolve supply-related issues. * Review engineering drawings, specifications, and process requirements to support material sourcing and supplier selection. * Monitor supplier performance and support supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain purchasing records, reports, and ERP system data accurately and timely. * Support cost reduction, localization, and supplier qualification projects. Job Requirements Education * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 2+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in direct materials purchasing within manufacturing companies. Skills * Good supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills. * Ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. * Good communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English. * Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. * High integrity, professionalism, and understanding of purchasing ethics/code of conduct.
