We are looking for you – a person who is not only operationally strong but also actively builds structures, improves processes, and drives digitalization.

These are your tasks with us:

• Responsibility for the operational and strategic procurement of materials, services and subcontractor services
• Identification, selection and evaluation of suitable suppliers and offers
• Selection, development and support of suppliers and business partners
• Negotiation of prices, terms and conditions, framework and service contracts, as well as project negotiations for annual agreements.
• Preparation, execution and follow-up of orders, ensuring economical, high-quality and timely procurement.
• Invoice review and support with cost and budget control
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality, delivery dates and contract fulfillment of suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparation of analyses and key performance indicators to support management's purchasing decisions.
• Active participation in the strategic development of purchasing
• Digitalization, optimization and standardization of purchasing processes
