SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Join our dynamic team to Manage and execute operational purchasing tasks in line with Group Purchasing (GP) policies, principles, guidelines, and procedures for Raw Material (RM), Purchased Finished Goods (PFG), and Direct Packaging Material (DPM) in close cooperation with local stakeholders and GP, enabling the company to achieve the desired delivery service to the customers. This position will be located in Algiers and reporting to the Purchasing Manager. Responsibilities: Identify and plan the requirement for designated IM categories based on close dialogue with relevant user departments. Source, assess, and approve suppliers for designated categories in close collaboration with user departments, conducting supplier audits when required. relevant). Support user departments in ensuring optimal indirect materials specifications are in place. Place and follow up orders in Matrix based on agreements/contracts when relevant. Execute invoice control according to company guidelines. Secure strong supplier agreements for designated categories by aligning with purchasing goals. Minimum 2 years of Foreign Purchasing experience. Experience and understanding of custom regulations (Import & Export). Fluency in English, French and Arabic language.
