Your tasks:

• Independent review of requirements, initiation and management of tenders
• Creating requests and orders according to specifications
• Conducting national procurement market research
• Support in building strategic supplier relationships, including searching for, selecting and, if necessary, qualifying suitable suppliers according to specifications.
• Preparation, conduct and follow-up of negotiations with suppliers, supported by the supervisor if necessary; coordination with project purchasing and cross-functional teams.
• Independent execution of continuous needs analyses
• Development of strategic goals in coordination with the technical supervisor
• Conducting national and international procurement market analyses
• Creation of quotation matrices and review of technical aspects
• Identification of cost reduction potentials and the derivation and implementation of appropriate measures
• Independent conduct of negotiations and review of content within the framework of given guidelines.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical, business administration or legal studies with several years of relevant professional experience or completed vocational training with additional relevant qualifications and many years of relevant experience in purchasing
• Strong technical affinity and technical product knowledge
• Good knowledge of contract law and a legal mindset
• Excellent SAP and Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent
