As a purchaser, you will be responsible for planning and executing procurement for both projects and operational needs. You’ll work closely with design, project management and subcontractors to ensure that materials and services are available at the right time and at the right price. The exact scope of your role can be tailored based on your previous experience. The position is full-time and will begin during spring 2026 at our Vaasa office. You will be supported by a motivated team of professionals with expertise across various fields. As a Purchaser, your responsibilities include: · Planning and executing procurement processes · Supplier collaboration and negotiations · Preparing and comparing requests for quotations · Managing and developing contracts · Scheduling and budgeting purchases · Collaborating with project teams · Post-order activities, including follow-up of purchases through to final delivery We are looking for a person who has: · Experience in technical or project-related procurement · Strong negotiation skills and a systematic approach · Relevant education (e.g. technical or commercial) · Ability to work independently and as a part of a team · Willingness to develop processes and learn new skills · Proficiency in English and Finnish If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to apply!
