POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Purchaser. In this role, you will lead the strategic development, management, and supervision of the entire procurement process for goods and services. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality materials, products, and services at the best cost while adhering to defined standards and deadlines. Responsibilities
  • Manage the sourcing of components and raw materials to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency,
  • Plan purchases and inventory levels in alignment with budget constraints and business needs,
  • Conduct international and domestic supplier negotiations on pricing, quantities, lead times, payment terms, and delivery conditions,
  • Assess supplier compliance with quality and operational standards,
  • Evaluate whether to outsource or produce materials internally based on cost, efficiency, and strategic fit,
  • Analyze and consolidate existing supplier portfolios, optimize vendor lists, and scout new potential suppliers,
  • Track and optimize key supply performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Service Level, and Quality Performance,
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Technical Unit, to support new product development and resolve material non-conformities,
  • Conduct supplier audits and support the claim department in resolving issues,
  • Request and collect inventory data from subcontractors for consignment stock,
  • Together with the S&OP Manager, initiate scrapping protocols and actively contribute to obsolescence analysis.
