The Purchaser is responsible for purchasing production materials, supplier collaboration and maintaining of supplier forecasts.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Logistics and is part of the Logistics team in Supply chain organization located in Turku and will be an on-site role.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Technology equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, supplier collaboration and inventory management
  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Knowledge of lean principles
  • Experience in working in an international organization with fluent written and spoken both Finnish and English language

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Experience in production planning
