We’re currently looking for a new Purchaser to join our team, following the upcoming retirement of one of our colleagues. This role would ideally be based out of our Calgary or Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue office.
Reporting to the Purchasing and Planning manager, the candidate will have an impact in the following way:

Purchasing 

• Coordinate the procurement of materials for internal sales, service departments, and system groups from designated suppliers. Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery, in alignment with the required delivery dates specified by internal or external clients.
• Maintain up-to-date purchase order information in SAP and proactively inform the relevant internal client if delivery timelines are delayed significantly beyond their requested dates.
• Offer research support for parts and equipment procurement for all Novatech departments.
