Description
Benefits: - 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month - 2% Medical Allowance per month Job Responsibilities: - Source, evaluate, and purchase M&E materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements. - Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. - Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials. - Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure materials are delivered on schedule. - Follow up with suppliers on order status, deliveries, and any discrepancies. - Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities. - Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis for management review. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: - Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in the construction or M&E industry. - Experience purchasing M&E materials is preferred. - Good knowledge of M&E products, suppliers, and the local construction market. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
