EDUCATION:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade C)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Experience working in a purchasing environment

Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders, process goods receipts, and resolve invoice queries in support of Finance.
  • Place orders via websites or email in line with company policies.
  • Maintain supplier accounts and ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems.
  • Provide administrative support including document scanning, archiving, and mail handling.
  • Support meeting logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and refreshments.
  • Assist with marketing tasks such as document binding, literature printing, and shipping.
  • Provide cover for the Stores function, including goods inwards and stock distribution.
  • Coordinate staff medicals and manage visitor records and travel arrangements.
  • Support senior managers with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards.
