WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone with previous experience in purchasing or procurement, who is organised, detail-focused, and confident using Microsoft Office. You’ll be a team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to upholding the values of Prior’s Court.

  • Previous purchasing/procurement experience
  • Computer literacy, especially in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Accuracy, numeracy, and a methodical approach

Responsibilities

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient ordering of goods and services across our Education and Care teams. You’ll manage purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, and support our internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Managing daily ordering for our Education and Care teams
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain quality
  • Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts and centralised login databases
  • Overseeing goods received and coordinating supplier returns
  • Providing training and support to staff on purchasing procedures
