PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR – SANBRA FYFFE LTD

Sanbra Fyffe Ltd. is the home of the Instantor compression fittings brand and is a marketing leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of plumbing and heating products with a long-established network for B2B customers in the building merchant trade.
Due to strong growth within the business, we are now expanding our Purchasing Team and looking to hire a Purchasing Administrator within the Sanbra Fyffe business. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our experienced and expanding Purchasing Department at the company’s HQ in Santry, Dublin.

Responsibilities
  • Work within an experienced Purchasing department
  • Raise supplier purchase orders
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining purchasing / supplier files & business terms
  • Ensure internal product database is accurate and up to date with PO due dates, pricing and shipping lists
  • Work closely with Logistics Department managing urgent demands, arranging local & international collections & deliveries, booking international transport ensuring all shipping & freight documentation is accurate & compliant
  • Procuring freight services that are cost effective, competitive and meet required deadline
  • Purchase order requirement forecasts
  • Achieve the organisation’s stock targets and meet customer demand
  • Using companies stock management system to optimise stock
  • Goods receipt processing and investigating supplier account queries
  • Create stock and supplier reports
  • Follow up of outstanding PO’s
  • Manage urgent stock demands
  • ‘Return to Vendor’ process
  • Attend monthly stock meetings with management
