This role is all about making sure our suppliers, warehouses, sales teams, and customers stay connected - and that the right products arrive at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the purchasing process: Create and manage purchase orders, monitor shipments, and work directly with suppliers across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Keep us stocked and ready: Review inventory levels, anticipate needs, and balance service levels with smart investment.
  • Be the go-to problem solver: Tackle order discrepancies, manage special requests, and ensure invoices, pricing, and deliveries line up perfectly.
  • Build relationships that matter: Partner with suppliers, sales reps, and internal teams to keep communication flowing and ensure smooth operations.
  • Turn data into insight: Prepare reports and analyze trends to help guide purchasing decisions and supplier performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, forecasting, or inventory planning.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and sourcing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you know how to get things done while keeping relationships positive.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (bonus points if you’ve used Microsoft Great Plains).
  • A team player who can adapt quickly and juggle multiple priorities.
