Description

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering or a related field.
4-6+ years of operations experience, including hands-on stock or inventory management and prior experienceleading or mentoring others.
Strong working knowledge of ERP or inventory systems; advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
A proven record of process improvement, with clear examples of measurable results (Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen exposure is a plus).
Willing and able to work long hours and flexible shifts when the business needs it.
Fluent English; Arabic and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.
