We are seeking a Miami-based Procurement Agent to help procure and ensure timely fulfilment of all food, beverage, hotel, and medical supplies required by our company vessels at established global ports and dry dock projects. Responsibilities Manage global loading schedule and fulfilment of all food, beverage, and hotel provisions for three assigned vessels. Secure competitive bids and negotiate contracts in alignment with hotel logistics budget and operational requirements. Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned commodities within regional markets to source, negotiate and award market bids; providing regional guest experience, charter requirements, theme cruises and other special requests as assigned. Manage vessel Quality & Discrepancy report, reconciling financials within established voyage period, coordinating corrective measures with vendors and vessel staff. Manage order to delivery process for all purchase orders including vendor confirmation, delivery to consolidator, invoice pricing & specifications match prior to loading. Finalize validation and vessel receiving within 72 hours of delivery. Process all vendor invoices, submitting to Accounts Payable as per defined process and within vendor terms; maintain detailed voyage files with auditable documentation. Collaborate with Director of Hotel Operations and Hotel General Manager to support onboard operations with purchasing standards, processes, and development. Collaborate with onboard operations leadership to support and meet budgeted guidelines for all commodities. Develop and maintain satisfactory relationships with vendors, service suppliers adhering to corporate objectives and ethics guidelines. Plan and execute additional projects as assigned by supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business or related field, and minimum 3 years of direct purchasing experience in the food & beverage industry. Advanced skills with the Microsoft office suite, especially Word, Excel and purchasing/inventory tracking software. MXP system knowledge preferred. Strong negotiation skills and experience in competitive bid process. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences. Ability to work well under pressure and manage timelines. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. CPM or Supply Chain certifications preferred.
