REQUIREMENTS

  • Excel wizard—strong proficiency in pivot tables, vlookups, macros, and data visualization.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of extracting key insights from large datasets.
  • Extreme attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Silverware, or Infrasys is a significant advantage.
  • English language essential.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to support the procurement function.
This role is data-driven, requiring a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to process and organize procurement data at a high level. The ideal candidate is a data master—fluent in Excel, pivot tables, and data visualization, and experienced in handling procurement-related systems.
The role will be based primarily in our Fiesole Area Office and will report to the Divisional Director of Purchasing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and manage purchase orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain, update, and validate procurement data across multiple systems.
  • Analyze purchasing trends, stock levels, and supplier performance using advanced Excel functions.
  • Generate and manage procurement reports, tracking expenditures, consumption, and supplier data.
  • Develop dashboards to provide real-time insights into procurement activities.
  • Coordinate and track order fulfillment, from suppliers to warehouses and properties.
  • Support the purchasing team with inventory reconciliation and forecasting.
