We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Purchasing Analyst managing the sourcing, ordering, and logistics of materials and tooling required for our new programs. Ensuring that all materials are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and in the right quantity, helping to drive the success of new projects and programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize purchasing decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Proficiency in an ERP system for order entry.
· Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve procurement efficiency.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· 1+ years of supply chain experience preferred.

· Collaborate with engineering, program management, sales, and other departments to align material requirements with project timelines.
· Process factory orders and develop efficient purchasing strategies to meet production deadlines.
· Evaluate supplier options, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders in line with demand and budget requirements.
· Coordinate closely with the production team to track material arrivals and ensure alignment with the manufacturing schedule.
· Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement challenges and improve supply chain performance.
· Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing data, and purchase history within the ERP system.
· Build and manage relationships with reliable suppliers to support on-time delivery of materials and tooling for new programs.
· Proactively identify potential shortages, delays, or risks and implement alternative sourcing or expedited solutions.
· Escalate significant delays or supply issues to the Procurement Manager to mitigate impacts on production schedules.
· Collaborate with engineering, program management, sales, and other departments to align material requirements with project timelines.
