JOB TITLE: PURCHASING AND ACCOUNTS CLERK (SOME FLEXIBLE HOURS & WORK FROM HOME)

Location: Chiswick, London (Plus Remote after sufficient training and experience)
Position Type: Full-time, with some flexible hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Purchasing and Accounts Clerk to join our team. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely. The position involves both purchasing and sales support, including administrative and financial duties, ensuring smooth operations and efficient stock management.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience using Intact V Line Software is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a similar purchasing, sales, or administrative role is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage a varied workload efficiently.
