We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Purchasing and Administration Assistant.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Minimum 2 years working in an office environment or solid evidence that you possess relevant transferable skills.
  • Experience of working successfully as part of a team.
  • A professional telephone manner and great communication skills as you will be the first contact for all purchasing related enquiries as well as being required to accurately relay important information to managers.
  • Evidence of excellent attention to detail and accuracy within your work.
  • Ability to successfully prioritise a busy workload and work under tight time pressures.
  • Ability to compose professional emails, letters and documents.
Responsibilities
