POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Purchasing and Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in both sourcing high-quality smoking accessories and ensuring our customers receive prompt, helpful support. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, organized, and thrives on variety. Your time will be split between managing purchasing and procurement tasks and providing outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or customer service (ideally both), preferably in retail, distribution, or consumer goods
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (French/English bilingualism is an asset)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Cannabis product knowledge is not required, but familiarity can help ease the learning curve due to the extensive range of accessories

  Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
