JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and facilitating the procurement process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management and experience with inventory systems . You will play a key role in negotiating with vendors, sourcing products, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support our operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with overseas supply chain processes and vendor management practices.
  • Proficient in using inventory systems like SAGE
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Experience in overseas sourcing products and managing procurement processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
  • Utilize systems to track inventory movements and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Negotiate with vendors to procure products at competitive prices.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) strategies to optimize inventory turnover.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, including stock levels, turnover rates, and procurement needs.
