Key Responsibilities Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels Issue purchase orders (POs), verify pricing, and promised delivery dates Monitor stock levels and reorder raw stock goods to prevent shortages or excess inventory Work with vendors and suppliers to manage incoming stock and ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Oversee the organization of storage areas for efficiency and accessibility. Resolve issues related to product quality, pricing discrepancies, and delivery delays. Stay informed about new products, trends, and remain laser focused on cost-saving opportunities. Generate inventory reports and metrics, presenting findings to management on a regular basis when reporting is available. Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders via email, phone, and in person. Additional Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records prior to and throughout the implementation of the Epicor ERP system. Work with the Publix team on a plan to successfully move all products currently stored and shipped from Ray Hamilton, back into the CIP facility utilizing the current space we have available. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, as needed, ensuring proper documentation. Requirements Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and inventory control management. Proficiency in database management and ERP systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and recommend solutions. Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities and departments.
