Ripple Junction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing and Production Coordinator to support our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Excel and office administration who thrives in a fast-paced, pop culture-driven environment. You don’t need prior experience in purchasing or production, but you must bring a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to accuracy and collaboration

Enter and maintain purchase and manufacturing orders, including updates for pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Track order progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Coordinate with vendors to confirm orders and manage incoming components for production.
Collaborate with Receiving to resolve discrepancies in order quantities.
Monitor and update shipping details and documentation for all orders.
Support Customer Service and Sales teams with direct shipment orders and sample tracking.
Prepare monthly vendor performance reports and maintain clear communication across departments.
Maintain and update data in our ERP system (A2000) to support project planning and execution.
Assist with rehandle orders and contribute to a positive, organized team environment.
