Our aircraft component maintenance division, Omnigas Systems is based in Miami, and specializes in aviation component maintenance services for MROs, parts distributors, and end users. This position will also have the opportunity to work on OEM sales campaigns. Role Overview: We are seeking a Purchasing and Planning specialist to join our operations team and to drive new business growth and expand our industry presence. In this role, you will: Review inventory and demand and negotiate procurement with vendors Process Quotes and Get Approvals Maintain portals for purchasing Review shop load and perform daily production planning to meet lead time expectations. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in aviation MRO operations, with a proven ability in MRO Ops. Strong Knowledge of Component Controls Quantum Software. Strong understanding of the aviation maintenance industry. Exceptional discipline, including prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals. Formal aviation training (Pilot’s License, A&P training, or BS in Aviation) is preferred but not required. Above all, we seek candidates who have: A solid understanding of the sales process. A drive to satisfy and delight customers. A desire to grow professionally in a fast-paced industry.
