Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing and Project Co-ordinator to work within our small team within a busy office. The ideal candidate will require excellent organisational skills and have the ability to manage your own workload while always being proactive and showing initiative. This position will mainly involve data entry on internal systems, co-ordination of project works across our client base and processing of purchase orders on Simpro.

Duties

  • Support weekly payroll process with data entry on internal systems
  • Project co-ordination of PPM and FM works, liaising with clients and supply chain to fulfil monthly objectives. Ensure internal systems are up to date with monthly reports.
  • Support operations staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects such as document control, project completion documentation
  • Raise and track purchase orders on EQUE2, process delivery notes and invoices.
  • Track hire plant and update internal asset register

Candidate Qualities

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while being detailed orientated
  • Self motivated and reliable
  • Confident on dealing with client facing tasks

The successful candidate will be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office and have good literacy and numeracy skills.
Co-ordination experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
