Description Summary The Supply Chain Analyst supports Purchasing and Sourcing teams by delivering data-driven insights, forecasting component requirements, and optimizing procurement and supply chain performance. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI and SQL, and the ability to work cross-functionally in fast paced environments such as manufacturing, beauty care, or retail. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain component level forecasts to support purchasing, sourcing, and production planning Analyze supply, demand, and inventory trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities Build and automate dashboards, reports, and KPI's using Power BI, SQL, Excel, or similar analytical tools Partner with Purchasing and Sourcing teams to support supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and lead-time optimization Support new product launches by forecasting component needs and ensuring supply readiness Improve processes related to forecasting, inventory management, and procurement workflows Analyze purchase order data, spend trends, supplier performance, and inventory metrics to support procurement strategies Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs such as cost savings, on time delivery, lead times, and contract compliance Support Supply Chain Director with ad hoc analysis and executive level reporting Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, accruals, and spend visibility Work with Supply Chain and Operations teams to align procurement plans with production and service requirements Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Two to five years' experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing analytics, or operations analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling) Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, NetSuite, or similar Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or comparable analytical tools Experience analyzing purchase order data, spend trends, supplier performance, and inventory metrics Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for procurement and supply chain performance Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Finance on budgeting, accruals, and spend visibility Experience supporting leadership with ad hoc analysis and executive level reporting Proven ability to identify cost-reduction opportunities, supplier consolidation options, and process efficiencies Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, beauty care, or retail environments Working knowledge of MRP/ERP planning logic and procurement workflows Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM Experience supporting Purchasing or Sourcing teams directly Forecasting experience for components, raw materials, or finished goods
