WHO YOU ARE

EDUCATION:

College Diploma or an acceptable combination of relevant education, experience, and job knowledge.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual imperative with proficiency at BBB level. If you are unsure of your proficiency level, we encourage you to self-assess here

EXPERIENCE:

At least one-year of client service or sales experience within the last three years with experience in at least three of the following areas:

  • Obtaining quotes
  • Evaluating bids
  • Awarding contracts (e.g.: Purchase Orders, Call-ups against Standing Offers, Acquisition Card procurements)
  • Reviewing invoices
  • Processing payments

KNOWLEDGE OF:

  • Knowledge of Procurement Best Practices.
  • Knowledge of MS software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Experience in providing training or information sessions
  • Experience purchasing for an organization
  • Experience working with financial systems
  • Experience using SAP
  • MS365 experience with proficiency using MS Lists, MS Forms and Power BI. Able to design dynamic solutions using customization, automation, and integration across Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Lists, Forms, Power BI).
Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Chief, Contract Management Services, you will provide support to the Contracting team such as:

  • Issuing purchases orders and contracts
  • Creating entries in the financial system (SAP)
  • Coordinating services for all incoming client requests and inquiries
  • Informing clients on purchasing and/or contracting policies, processes, and procedures
  • Assisting in improving processes using MS365 SharePoint and generating data analytics to enhance tracking and reporting.
