We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will support purchasing, replenishment, and inventory management activities across our stores. Including but not limited to…

  • Handle administrative tasks related to supply chain operations, including creating and maintaining daily purchase orders (POs).
  • Coordinate with local and overseas vendors to resolve shipment discrepancies and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to maintain optimal inventory across locations.
  • Lead stock preparation for 1–2 new store openings in the U.S., ensuring timely and accurate allocation.
  • Analyze sales performance data for new U.S. stores to identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to supply chain, buying, and demand planning teams.
  • Support purchasing decisions by highlighting high-performing products and identifying slow-moving inventory.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to implement data-driven strategies that optimize product selection and sales.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all analytical work, administrative processes, and purchasing activities.
  • Assist in forecasting demand using historical data, sales performance, and seasonal trends.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve supply chain and merchandising processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects and reporting requests as needed.
