Description
Responsibilities: 1. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. 2. Maintains records of all deliveries. 3. Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to concerned departments. 4. Ships rejected and damaged items back to vendor as appropriate. 5. Maintains the spare parts store, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. 6. Well aware about procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property 7. Transfer PO’s to concerned department for closing and prepares contents of PO (Spare parts foreign and local). 8. Check actual receipt and supplier’s invoice/ packing list. 9. Follow up with Central Local Purchase Unit for Order Delivery. 10. Prepares packing slip based on invoice and delivery (manufacture and repairs) 11. Updates the system for all new items. 12. Generates Spare parts consumption Report and gets approval from concerned section. 13. Assists in preparing necessary documents for quotation.
