We are looking for a Custom Order/Purchasing assistant to join our growing team!

REQUIREMENTS

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with open purchase order reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (inventory and part number management).
  • Knowledge of decoration techniques such as heat transfer, embroidery, and screen printing is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders for customized hats, garments, and accessories with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the timely processing of purchase orders to ensure program goods are available and branded appropriately for each season.
  • Provide coverage for the order management desk as needed.
  • Source and procure blank goods from suppliers to meet customization and inventory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure customer specifications and deadlines are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Product Development and Art departments on seasonal apparel and accessory finishing for catalog production.
  • Assist in maintaining internal databases, including updates for seasonal transitions and pricing accuracy.
  • Generate sales reports and contribute to seasonal forecasting; strong proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and successful order fulfillment.
