Description The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks. This ideal candidate will work with buyers to process qualified electronic component offerings that meet very specific requirements and load them into the company's proprietary database. They also may assist buyers based on order details or project needs. This role is based in Shenzhen, China. Essential Functions Assist buyers by uploading offers. Backlog Management: Helping buyers monitor the backlog and tracking overdue items. Record Meeting: Keeping accurate records of regular meeting. Contact new suppliers at the buyer's request to obtain qualification documents to ensure they are qualified. Providing administrative support to the purchasing department. Any other special projects assigned.
