Wherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday life!PURPOSE To manage the administrative flow of the purchasing process for the Plant of reference, in accordance with the corporate guidelines and procedures.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES To register on the system and guarantee updating and maintenance of the local framework contracts To register on the system the purchasing orders for all the cost items of reference To guarantee availability of all the necessary reports relating to the flow concerned To interface with the other company departments when managing operating issues relating to the administrative flow of the purchasing process To promote a corporate culture based on safety To apply the corporate principles and values . Minimum secondary education At least intermediate English language skills (must be used on a daily basis) 1-2 years of experience in a similar position User-level knowledge of Office applications Precise work Ability to work independently The position is for 2 years - defined contract - maternity cover
