Welcome to Bosch. Job Description Purchasing Project Management assistant for new projects, based in the RB Project Purchasing team Suzhou. Data Maintenance in SAP system Purchase orders (e.g. tools, A/B/C/D samples) both for new parts and serial parts Coordinate Engineering Change processes. Support for Part releases and audit the production process at suppliers Support for project purchasing management for series & ECR projects. Qualifications Professional English skills, both written and spoken. Good social and communication skills as well as negotiation experiences. Able to professional use MS Excel, as well as experienced in working within SAP ERP System. Proactive and able to work independently, but also as a part of team. Flexible in ability to adapt to different project requirements and environments.
Responsibilities
The Purchasing Assistant will support project purchasing management for new projects and coordinate engineering change processes. Responsibilities include data maintenance in the SAP system and auditing production processes at suppliers.
