WORK LOCATION:

Location Agnostic: Work location for this role is based on employee’s individual preference. This role has the ability to be either remote in the US or hybrid in our Cambridge Headquarters. Hybrid schedules vary but are generally less than 3 days per week onsite. Remote employees work entirely from home except for attending Company sponsored events/ meetings. For employees who choose to work remotely, travel may be required for certain company events commensurate to the above job description.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate supplier onboarding activities for the company, including facilitating the onboarding process through third-party risk management software and ensuring all procedures comply with established company policies and protocols
  • Oversee purchase requisitions and efficiently prepare and process purchase orders within the Oracle Fusion ERP system, coordinating with suppliers to confirm receipt of POs and ensure prompt delivery of goods and services in alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable to facilitate comprehensive procure-to-pay processes, conduct root cause analysis on invoice discrepancies, and implement solutions to ensure timely payments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, facilitate end user training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for Procure-to-Pay process enhancement, ensuring optimal solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implementation strategies to realize these savings
