Your tasks

• Handling customer inquiries from the pharmaceutical sector (especially pharmacies)
• Independent product research and order processing for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, herbs and galenic preparations.
• Maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring delivery capability
• Independent handling of complaints within the assigned product range
• Ongoing market monitoring in the procurement market
• Communication interface to suppliers and internal departments

Your profile

• Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales assistant (PKA)
• Expertise in the field of pharmaceuticals, homeopathy and chemicals
• Professional experience in purchasing or order processing is an advantage.
• Structured, precise and independent work style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Organizational talent, team player, communication skills
• Solution-oriented approach, reliability, commitment
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• English language skills
