JOB OPENING: Purchasing Clerk
REPORTS TO: Tae Kim
SHIFT: Dayshift
LOCATION: Harbeson
SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to perform administrative and clerical duties for the purchasing department including, but are not limited to: reoccurring Contract PO’s, Good’s Receipts, and problem file for the company. Will also support the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for updating daily open order reports for the entire company
  • Investigating, correcting, and determining the root cause of the problems in the problem folder, including proof of delivery, print/sign/receive invoices, research PO Numbers, maintain a log
  • Coordinate SAP Process such as requisitions and Goods Receipts for support areas,
  • Must have good communication skills with all levels of management and vendors
  • Work as liaison between all departments and purchasing, offering assistance as needed to ensure requisitions are correct, PO’s approved and invoices are paid
  • Assist with confirming purchase orders with vendors
  • Other duties as assigned.
