Job Summary: The Storeroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing inventory and supplies to various resort departments. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, proper stock rotation, and adherence to safety and quality standards, supporting the resort's seamless daily operations.   Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for quantity, quality, and accuracy. * Organize and maintain storeroom inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored. * Distribute supplies and products to departments in a timely and efficient manner. * Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom areas following safety guidelines. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager. * Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable items. * Assist with stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness. * Operate inventory management systems to track inventory movements and maintain records. * Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling and storing products. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in inventory or storeroom operations preferred. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping procedures. * Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. * Familiarity with inventory software or systems. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.   Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the storeroom and resort property for long periods. * Regularly required to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders as needed. * Comfortable working in varying temperatures (e.g., walk-in refrigerators, dry storage areas).   Pay Range and Compensation Package: * $18.50 per hour * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time, year-round employees. * Paid time off. * Employee discounts on accommodations, dining, and spa services. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
