Roles & Responsibilities

• Purchase of all direct and indirect materials and services. To ensure the purchase meet the company’s specifications and guidelines
• Negotiate with the short-listed supplier(s) to the lowest best price with timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule and the best payment terms
• Execute Purchase Order, matching of Delivery Orders and invoice against Purchase Order

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, prefer in construction/engineering field
• Diploma in Procurement/Engineering or related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to interact with people of all levels and teamworkk
