Responsibilities
  • Enter purchase orders into the ERP system or internal software.
  • Verify the accuracy of the information provided (quantities, descriptions, prices, suppliers, lead times).
  • Forward purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on confirmations.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse and accounting teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Monitor delivery times and follow up with suppliers if necessary.
  • Manage discrepancies between orders and deliveries (quantity, quality, lead times).
  • Keep supplier files and product information up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team
