Weekly Working Hours: 40 Open and process all incoming calls. Input requisitions for stock items to branches and departments. Receive stock items and approve invoices. Process any returns and exchanges. Run and Distribute stock report as needed. Order stock items as needed. Reconcile invoices for vendors. Run month end billing. Manage the department certificates monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually. Participate in semiannual inventory of stock items. Box up reports and year end and retain as per retention schedule. Responsibilities
