The inventory coordinator will work closely with our entire hospital, as well as be the face of Western to our suppliers and outside brand representatives.

Responsibilities Ordering and receiving stock/orders from our various suppliers

Special Ordering for in-hospital products (new/different items)

Client orders and communications

Check and authorize VIP Markets

Invoice staff orders

Update the team weekly with back-order products, etc.

Check for expired products in the pharmacy & stockroom

Expired product returns
