This Purchasing Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the procurement process of compression garments and products within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and an understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor management. This role requires collaboration with staff in the compression department to ensure that purchasing activities align with company objectives and operational needs.

Work Location: In perso

• Work within the company EHR to purchase products that are in queue to be ordered for patients.
• Double check the completeness of orders prior to purchasing products (i.e. authorizations received, prescriptions received, etc)
• Manage the procurement process for compression garments, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to patients.
• Utilize online portals to place orders when necessary.
• Update orders in the EHR when tracking information is received.
• Place orders for custom products utilizing measurement forms sent in by compression fitters.
