Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issue purchase orders for day-to-day operations (purchase to ship, complex to ship).
  • Provide order confirmations to customers effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage purchase order revisions, including pricing, quantity, and delivery adjustments as needed.
  • Resolve receiving holds and discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse personnel and vendors.
  • Review and process purchase orders for routine inventory replenishment.
  • Coordinate free issue product based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain item creation accuracy to maintain accurate item master data

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate picklists to support fulfillment operations and work cross-functionally with warehouse personnel.
  • Process and enter vendor order confirmations and shipment notifications accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor the shared Order Support inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of requests.
  • Collaborates with sales, operations, and customer service teams to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
