Job Overview The Purchasing Data Analyst owns data accuracy and execution across purchasing, inventory, and product systems. This role is a control point between Purchasing, Accounting, Marketing, and Warehouse, ensuring all SKUs, costs, purchase orders, and inventory data are structured correctly across Acumatica, SkuVault, Quickbooks and supporting systems. This is a high-accountability role. Errors here impact financials, inventory, compliance, and operations Required Qualifications: ● 2–5+ years in purchasing, data analysis, inventory, or operations ● Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) ● Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (data tracking, validation, reporting) ● Experience in multi-entity or high-volume environments preferred ● High attention to detail and process-driven mindset Key Responsabilities: Systems Management: Advanced SKU configuration, GL/Sub-Account mapping, and multi-platform data synchronization. Procurement & Planning: PO generation, cost/quantity validation, and managing min/max inventory levels for domestic and international (China) suppliers. Compliance & Quality: Operating within cGMP standards, maintaining COAs, and ensuring regulatory licensing for all raw materials and packaging. Operational Control: KPI dashboard creation, budget tracking, and process workflow improvement. Cross-Functional Liaison: Acting as the central point of contact between Marketing (product onboarding), Accounting (invoice resolution), and Warehouse (receiving accuracy). Technical Profile ERP/WMS: Acumatica, SkuVault, Planergy. Compliance: cGMP, COA management, Regulatory Licensing. Analytics: KPI Tracking, Variance Analysis, and Budgetary Reporting. Key Responsibilities ● Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute with accuracy and speed ● Ensure all purchasing documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with company standards ● Self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal supervision ● Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure without sacrificing accuracy ● Maintain a high level of organization and accountability ● Proactively identify issues and drive process improvements ● Perform additional duties as assigned by Purchasing leadership Location Fort Lauderdale Compensation Starting pay is $55,000 a year,.
