Job Description - Strategic Purchasing partner of GB Engineering on direct material (focus on Truck-Company electronics) - Cover different product types between High-computer ECU, Mechatronics, Sensor, Embedded-Computer and Special ECU, with different SE team. - Responsible for both global design and CN local developed products, such as XIn1, PTU, EAC, EAS, EBS, ... - Drives MAT cost excellence in technical project management (TSD) and collaboration within product development for TCA and RPP excellence - Actively plans and initiates measures to match requirements in product portfolio and life cycle management (e.g., ramp-up / ramp-down) - Brings interests and long-term business needs from BU into category, technology and supplier strategy and drives resilience measures within the BU scope - Managed total group HC: ~15 purchasing project managers. Responsible for Business Plan with BU (MAT, HC, Quality, Tooling,...) Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering or Supply chain management - Leadership experience for Team/Group management is desired - Comprehensive understanding and consistent use of target oriented and agile Project-Management - Comprehensive understanding of product development process at Bosch (PEP) and SE-work - Ability to drive & create cost efficient solutions, cost awareness, performing of cost calculations and identify cost drivers - Social skills in particular quality, communication and intercultural mindset Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
