Job Description You will be part of the purchasing team, assisting to: • Perform strategic and tactical purchasing activities in a group of assigned indirect materials & services, with the objective to establish optimum total cost of ownership • Lead and drive tender or request for proposal • Conduct thorough analysis and management of contractual agreements to prepare for renegotiations or subsequent negotiations, initiate necessary measures, and ensure the continuity of supplies. • Conduct supplier selection, establish criteria, and prepare decisions for the requesting departments to ensure a defined and documented sourcing process. • Supplier management to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain • Align with purchasing process methods & tools and ensure compliance of global and country policies as well as category management • Collaborate with cross-country to lead & drive strategy on assigned categories • Responsible for assigned categories for Singapore and Thailand • Perform ad hoc duties as requested Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Business or related fields • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Asia and Europe offices will be an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to commit for at least 6 months Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
