Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have a full time position in our Virginia (QLD) office for a Purchasing Officer / Internal Sales Person. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.

IN THIS ROLE YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Purchasing
  • Stock Control
  • Inbound phone sales
  • Entering orders
  • Providing customers with quotations
  • Supporting sales representatives
  • Offering technical product support and advice
  • Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives
  • Counter sales & collection
  • Picking, packing and some warehouse duties
    Exceptional customer service skills are a must, but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.
