This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Specialist __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: On Site. This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México. You will be mainly accountable for: Monitor and track purchase order dates to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. Create and submit requisition requests for needed materials or services. Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Coordinate and manage internal workflows to streamline procurement processes. Meet with suppliers to review potential shortages and validate delivery plans. Support Buyers in their daily activities, providing assistance wherever needed. Identify and resolve warehouse barriers and invoice discrepancies efficiently. Confirm open orders and follow up on pending items to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) You enjoy working with planning materials and the electrical market. You have basic knowledge on supply chain. You are passionate about demand fluctation, forecasting, supply chain.
