Responsibilities Support day-to-day activities within the IT purchasing commodity (intake requests, stakeholder engagement, source and price analysis) Assist with developing and facilitating Request for Proposals (RFPs), to include but not limited to: drafting RFP documents, completing NDAs, bidder coordination, evaluation reviews, and award negotiations Collect and analyze data on IT market trends, potential suppliers, and strategic sourcing initiatives Collaborate with interntiional Purchasing teammates in developing an IT Category Strategy to be used globally Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Supply Chain or related field Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders Familiarity with negotiation concepts is a plus Important Dates: Start Date: May 18, 2026 End Date: Aug 7, 2026 Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office. The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
